CaptionCove
CaptionCove support
CaptionCove compares language SRT files with a reference to review cue parity, timing drift, and text warnings.
Get started
Open Sample mode to try the workflow with synthetic local data. Sample results are labeled and remain separate from your live work.
Choose a reference SRT and the language files, assign language labels, and set timing and reading speed rules. Review the delivery matrix and individual cue warnings.
Understand the result
Cue matching uses unique cue identifiers. Renumbered cues, malformed timing, and duplicate identifiers prevent a complete parity claim. The app does not translate, edit, or retime subtitles. Reading speed thresholds are your rules rather than universal language standards.
If access to a selected file or folder expires, choose it again and rescan. Review the latest check time and coverage before relying on a result. Clear local data removes app state and saved access without deleting your source files.

Include the app version, macOS version, the visible result, and the steps needed to reproduce the problem. Use synthetic examples. Do not send private documents, credentials, environment values, dialogue, or sensitive filenames in public issues.
